Our relaxed, small-town establishment sprang to life from a tale as wild as the Mojave itself. It all began when a local desert dweller found himself in a showdown with a ferocious, unruly lady – the infamous Mojave green rattlesnake. She left her mark, no doubt, but in the end, he claimed the final bite. And so, this dream transformed into the vivid reality you now see before you.
